![]() This "♥♥♥♥" is what happens when when my client side game gets out of sync with the server. 4 letter words made by unscrambling replay contend against an opponent in a sport, game, or battle pretend to have certain qualities or state of mind. ![]() From now on it is much easier and convenient to follow a player’s progress. In-game statistics are now available on the Official Warthunder Website. There may be some problems with news display in specific browser versions. Not fair, not "right' but also NOT HACKING. 24 July 2013 Attention This news was published on the old version of the website. My shots at those tanks probably never made the trip to the server - but theirs did. They were blinking in and out of "existence" in my client side view. Last night I died twice to "invisible" tanks. Chances are high, given all the recent network issues that your client, and/or the other players were too far out of sync to allow the game to accurately, and fairly, resolve your shots at the other player. Hit detection and damage are evaluated on the server- and I do not believe the server side to be hackable by players. The logins expire about every 24h.Īs blazing- man stated: Gaijin want time stamps for the times you thought you observed cheating.Įdit: to be "invincible" is not possible with client side hacking. You'll need to login to the replay page and have your game running, to view the replays. Server replays can be accessed several ways:ġ) From your garage menu: Community -> Streams and Replays (note that the "Community -> Replays menu points to your own client-side replays and client side replays can - in extreme cases - record the game action as having occurred very differently than the "official" version on on the server. Mark the time when the violation took place. If what you see still has you convinced they hacking - then report them. Choose the battle you need from the list and press watch replay Unfold the game client (Alt + Tab). Note After the end of the special promotion, the following packs will be removed from sale: Japanese Pacific Campaign (1941-1942) USA Pacific Campaign (1941-1942) (YP-38) Note The offer is available to PC users only. View that replay from both your perspective, and that of the other player before you make any judgement. The 50 discounts are available for all packs that include vehicles from Ranks I up to V. ![]() Next step would be to support it on the server replay, by letting the user 'save state' during the first replay pass (at 16x or 32x speed), then be able to use the 'rewind' and that replay. ![]() Reason being: what you see in game on your client, and what's in your client side replay is subject to issues which can corrupt the game in a manner that absolutely can appear to you to be hacking - but is not actually anyone "hacking".īefore reporting the player - find and review the specific server replay from your battle. Still it's not a real rewind, just a 'save/reload state' functionality, which is different and much simpler todo. Thats why I always ask to see how the situation looked from the perspective of the player who destroyed your machine - check the server replay. MONEYthunder Jan 22 12:37pm How do I watch and record a server replay I am a little slow so perhaps someone will be so kind as to tell my step by step. Microsoft barely manages to do it, I can't see Gaijin managing the same. The replay you need is the replay made by the game server and NOT the replay that you saved on your client. This is infeasable because it would require enterprise-level planning and execution with endless testing and retesting. Even if you make sure you correctly cross-reference the shared resources appropriately, you're still left with miles and miles of dead code.Ģ. This isn't feasable because you basically need copies of the client and the client is BIG. Include a copy of each previous replay client (or a limited selection of replay clients). ![]() There are two solutions to keeping replays "fixed' across versions:ġ. As each individual version of War Thunder may differ in instruction execution, running a replay from an older version would produce wierd/bad/incompatable results with the current replay client and probably a fatal error. The reason why the replays "expire" is because the replay is a recording of the results from all the instructions and inputs from clients to the server. CT center eredeti hozzászólása:well thats kinda dumb on gaijins part, imeplement a replay feature that only lest you watch replays from a short time ago. ![]()
